Ireland Bound

Today is the day...

I'm off to O'Hare in less than an hour!

Here's how you can pray...

• Team Unity- This is huge to me because I don't even know my team yet! Pray that God would bring us together, use us to encourage one another, challenge one another, & build each other up.
• Travel- Pray that the flight (it's direct) would go smoothly, as well as travel once we are in Ireland. Pray for the conversations we have with those we meet along the way...that God would open our eyes to divine appointments.
• Ministry- I'm not 100% sure what we'll be doing when we get there (hey...I just joined the team 4 days ago!). But pray that God would direct us & keep us flexible and sensitive to His Spirit. Pray for the hearts of the individuals we will meet & work alongside. Ireland is predominantly catholic, so pray for a recognition in the hearts of these people of the grace & UNCONDITIONAL love of Jesus Christ.
• Team Leaders- Larry & Marian Byrnes are leading the charge on this one. Pray for wisdom & discernment for them as they make decisions on where we go & what we do. Pray for strength & rest for them as well.

My prayer as I head into this trip is simply, "God, do what you will." It's totally because of Him that I'm going. So I'm excited and anxious for what He has in store. In all that I do, in everyone that I meet, & in wherever we go, I want to be seeking Him whole-heartedly.
