Have you been paying much attention to the magazines in check-out lines in the grocery store or other shopping centers? Plastered across the covers are tips on dieting for the holidays, lose weight fast, etc, etc. Whatever happened to good old fashion exercise (reaching for the remote & pushing the buttons for the tv doesn't count) & simply eating smart (not overloading on the sweets & cutting back on snacks or at least making them healthier)?
