Day One in Kenya

After being in Kenya for our first full day, we are so excited to see what God has in store for us tomorrow and the rest of our time here.  Early this morning we met up with Adam and Kelsey Cramer, who are missionaries in Kibera, and we were able to spend some time ministering and playing with a group of very energetic Kenyan kids.  Jaylin and Nancy did a phenomenal job leading the kids in song, story, coloring, and face painting.  The kids that we spent time with today primarily came from the slums and immediately our hearts went out to them.  The kids smiles, laughs, and constant desire to be held was definitely the highlight for our team today (although seeing free roaming zebras was pretty awesome).  After spending time in Kibera we packed into the vans and made the 3 hour trek to the Baby Centre in Nakuru.  We are looking forward to worshipping at the African Gospel church tomorrow morning and excited to meet all the babies and toddlers at the Baby Centre for the first time!  We would love prayers for rest tonight!
